In the heart of Victoria’s historic Old Town is our brand new penthouse loft-style apartment, perched atop a Heritage Designated building located adjacent to Market Square and across from the McPherson Theatre. After a day of taking in the city, enjoy a glass of your favourite beverage while star-gazing from the luxury of your own, private roof-top deck.

This two-level vacation suite is stylishly finished with hardwood floors on the main level, granite countertops, exposed brick walls, gas fireplace, and fir beams. The bathrooms provide walk-in showers and a soaker tub. The mezzanine bedroom level is carpeted, with heated ceramic tiles in the ensuite bathroom.

The apartment has one bedroom with queen size bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bathroom (four piece) is located on the main floor, convenient for traveling companions. The loft can accommodate up to four people with a sofa bed in the living room. You'll enjoy your home away from home with the modern & fully equipped kitchen that provides fridge, gas oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher. Serve appetizers in front of the fireplace beneath ceilings that soar up to 24 feet, before heading out to the private rooftop deck. If you're bringing your car, ask us for details of on-site underground parking. You will also have complimentary access to our in-suite laundry facilities.

When you arrive, you will find the fridge already stocked with a "starter kit" of milk, eggs, butter, honey, jam, juice, fresh fruit and home baked bread and muffins from our Bed and Breakfast. We also provide necessary staples such as sugar, coffee and tea so you can rest after your journey with a beverage and know that your first breakfast is already catered for.

The loft is within a very short stroll of some of Victoria’s most interesting boutique shops, and finest cafes & restaurants. China Town is next door; as is the McPherson Playhouse, home to some of our city’s best live theatre and live performances. The Inner Harbour is a three minute stroll away.
